Beginning of work with high-quality fluoroplastic Teflon
Due to the increasing volume of the work, Hermann Bohlender decides to work full-time in his own company. He moves into the former locksmith's workshop "Adam Bohlender", which had become vacant, and employs the first worker. During the same year, Bohlender concentrates his manufacturing on a so far relatively unknown material: He starts to specialise in the working of high-quality fluoroplastics (Teflon, Hostaflon).
