New building in industrial area

Ground-breaking ceremony on the Waltersberg in Grünsfeld

The construction of the new building for company Bohlender on the "Waltersberg" in Grünsfeld has been started. The company has been working in the fluoroplastic sector for more than 30 years. The production of raw material as well as finished items is one of Bohlender's strengths. In the new factory (2720 square metres) Bohlender will take up the challenge of the future markets. Several new jobs will be created. The company's move shall be finished in the middle of 2002. The originally planned expansion of the old building in Lauda could not be realised due to several difficulties and conditions. That is why it is very pleasant that the company has stayed in the industrial area of the towns Lauda-Königshofen and Grünsfeld. A special praise was given to mayor Beetz and the town council of Lauda-Königshofen which have contributed to this fact. The civil engineering, foundation, sole plate and exterior works will be done by company Faul and Bethäuser. Company Dörr from Gerlachsheim is responsible for planning and building the "System Hall" made of steel.
